Subscription & Billing Policy
Rules for trials, recurring subscriptions, payments, cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes.
This policy applies to paid GarageOS and other Renvori subscriptions unless a signed or expressly accepted order states different terms.

The seller is Renvori Inc., 261 Rangeview Way, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 2K6, Canada. Phone: (204) 295-1812. Email: hello@renvori.ca. The service, plan, price, billing interval, trial terms, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout or in an accepted written offer.
Checkout and payment processor
Subscription checkout and billing management may be provided through Stripe. GarageOS is not designed to store the raw payment-card details used by Stripe.
Trials
If an account is offered a free trial, the trial duration and post-trial price shown before activation apply. A payment method may be required. Unless the Customer cancels before the trial converts, the subscription may begin billing automatically at the disclosed price when the trial ends.
Recurring billing
Monthly or other recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The Customer authorizes the payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and authorized adjustments.
Cancellation
Where the Stripe customer portal is enabled, an authorized owner can manage or cancel the subscription there. Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues through that period, subject to the Terms.
Refunds
Except where required by law, expressly promised in a written offer, or caused by a confirmed duplicate or incorrect Renvori charge, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun. This does not remove mandatory rights that apply to the Customer.
Failed payments
Renvori may restrict paid features following failed payment, subject to reasonable retry and notice practices. The Customer remains responsible for undisputed amounts due.
Price changes
Renvori may change future pricing. Existing contractual price protections will be honoured according to their stated terms. Other material price changes will be communicated before they take effect as required by the applicable agreement or law.
Financial and personal information
Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor. Renvori uses safeguards and service-provider arrangements described in the Privacy Policy, Security & Trust page, and Data Processing Terms to protect personal and business information.
Billing disputes
Contact billing@renvori.ca promptly with the business name, invoice or charge date, and a description of the concern. Do not send full card numbers by email.
