Data Rights & Privacy Requests
How to request access, correction, or review of personal-information practices.
Privacy Officer
Send access, correction, privacy-question, or privacy-complaint requests to the designated Privacy Officer at privacy@renvori.ca. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or organization, but do not email SINs, passwords, full bank details, or full payment-card numbers.
Verification
Renvori may verify identity, account authority, and the scope of the request before releasing information. This protects individuals and Customer data from unauthorized disclosure.
Customer-controlled records
If the requested record was entered and controlled by a garage or employer, Renvori may direct the request to that organization or coordinate with it. This is especially relevant to vehicle-service records and employee payroll records.
Access and correction
Subject to applicable exceptions, individuals may request information about the existence, use, and disclosure of personal information under Renvori's control, access to that information, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Complaints
Renvori will review appropriate privacy complaints, document findings, and take corrective action where warranted. A person may also have the right to complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
