Effective: August 19, 2026

Who is Renvori?

Renvori Inc. provides business software including GarageOS and Renvori Payroll. GarageOS supports automotive-service business operations; Renvori Payroll supports governed payroll workflows as features are enabled.

Who owns garage and payroll data?

As between Renvori and the business Customer, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Data. Renvori processes it to provide and protect the Services and for other limited purposes described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Does GarageOS store my credit-card number?

Subscription payment-card information is handled through Stripe. GarageOS may retain Stripe customer or subscription identifiers and billing status needed to administer the subscription, but it is not designed to store raw card details used for Stripe checkout.

Can Renvori Payroll replace my accountant or payroll professional?

No. Renvori Payroll is software. Employers remain responsible for payroll inputs, employee classifications, deductions, remittances, filings, deadlines, and review of outputs.

Can I put SINs or bank details anywhere in Payroll?

No. Highly sensitive information must only be entered in a workflow expressly designated for that information. Do not put SINs, bank details, or TD1 forms in generic notes, ordinary uploads, test data, or support messages.

How do I cancel GarageOS?

When subscription billing is active, an authorized owner can use the available Stripe billing-management flow. See the Subscription & Billing Policy.

How do I ask for my personal information?

Use the Data Rights & Privacy Requests process or email privacy@renvori.ca. Do not email sensitive credentials, SINs, or full banking/card details.

Where can I report a security concern?

Email security@renvori.ca with enough information to investigate. Do not include passwords, MFA secrets, full card numbers, or unnecessary employee identifiers.
